Hi I’m Jamie and I am the founder of JME’S Body Elite Training, the newest concept in fitness training.  I have been a group exercise instructor and avid gym rat for the last 10 years. After teaching well attended group X classes for almost a decade I decided I wanted to connect with people on a more personal level.  I want to make a hands on difference in your fitness journey. Whether you are new to fitness or have years of weight room experience, Body Elite Training will help you reach your next fitness goal.  I have created a unique fitness experience that uses various training methods to keep your workouts fun yet challenging.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For sanitary reasons, if you want to participate in the Sport Box class you will need to bring your own gloves. You can buy them at Sports Authority in Folsom.

The Full Throttle classes are included in the Full Throttle Boot Camp program for $129 per month for unlimited classes, 10 classes for $150 or drop-in sessions for $20. Full Throttle also offers a basic gym membership for $39 per month.

Sport FIT Boot Camp: This class is held in the group fitness room at PEAK.  Equipment will vary but may include spin bikes, BOSU, free weights, body bars, steps & bands.  Any fitness level encouraged.

FIT Camp: The sessions are limited to 6 participants (4 if participants are novice).  Pre-sign up is recommended at the beginning of the week.  These sessions are weight room based.  Knowledge of weights and proper form is recommended.  Beginners should complete a few sessions of Basic Training or Sport FIT Boot Camp prior to participating in a FIT Camp session.

Basic Training: These sessions are by appointment only and geared toward the fitness novice.  HOWEVER, workouts can be modified for any fitness level so anyone is welcome to schedule a workout!  Workout is based in the weight room with a focus on form, balance, stability and core.

Group X Class: This class is included on the PEAK Health & Fitness Group Exercise Schedule.  It is a FREE class to all gym members, therefore a BONUS class for all my clients.  Any classes that I sub during the week will also be highlighted in BLUE as well!

Semi-private training: This session is by appointment only.  It is geared toward the advanced participant.
